Hi! I am Saskia. I am an online editor/kind of writer, who is still looking for her purpose on the job side. I have a big love for nature, animals, stories and being active. Besides this I have a weakness for new experiences. This is probably one of the reasons why I have lived in Lahti (Finland) for 5 months and in Barcelona (Spain) for 6 months.

I am always looking for adventures. That's why I often find myself doing stuff like parapenting, hiking, skiing, diving, traveling, acting, writing, reading, horse-riding and pole dancing.

If you would ever walk into me it would most certainly be in the forrest or dancing at a party on guilty pleasures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my time abroad in Spain I really loved the concept of meeting new people through Couchsurfing. In a couple of months I am moving to Rotterdam and my doors will be open for meeting new people there as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

I 'm in love with books about history or with some good fantasy in it.
My taste in music is mostly about jazz, rock and lots of guilty pleasures I can sing-a-long with.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My time abroad in Sitges. I volunteered there at a ranch while sleeping in a stable. During this month we (together with one of my friends) helped them out with the disabled children during the busy summer season.
