Hi we're Saskia(23) and Maike(24),
We're both from Germany and met 2 years ago in Washington DC. We came to the states to be Au Pairs, but now our Adventure is almost over and together we want to go on one last Road Trip through California.
In Germany we both worked as Media Designers (Saskia for a local Newspaper and Maike for a Add Agency). As soon as we got our degrees we both needed a little break of our boring life in Germany and we decided to become Au Pairs!
Traveling is definitely one of our favorite things to do here! We've been to so many places in the US that even our american friends say we're the better 'americans' lol.
On September 14th we'll go back to Germany and Saskia will start to work as a Real Estate Agent in Frankfurt and Maike will move to Berlin. We're both really excited about moving to new citys and meet new people!!!
What can you expect if you host us?! A lot of fun, a good time hanging out with us and maybe some new friends who you could visite in germany !!!!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is definitely the best way to explore a city. Since we both lived in different Citys (Saskia: Karlsruhe, Washington DC, NY and Maike: Hamburg, Washington DC, Miami) we know its such a big difference to be in a city as a tourist or to be in a city and live with locals! We want to meet new people and have a great time with them and maybe even host YOU, whenever you come to Germany!
