Hey there, my name is Saskia and I'm from Austria :) My mother language is German, but also speak English, Spanish and French fluently. I am a sociable and outgoing person although I enjoy reading a good book just as much as getting my feet sore while dancing during a night out. In the beginning, I sometimes need a short warm-up, but I basically get on well with literally everybody.
I'm sporty, going horse-riding, dancing and running on a regular basis. I have a positive attitude and enjoy getting to know people from different walks of life. I love sun, sand and the sea and I am convinced that sun makes us happy. At least that's what works for me! In this spirit, see you on the sunny side ;)

P.S.: I love cooking as much as I love animals. And I especially enjoy spending time over food couchsurfers, which means that I will probably invite you to have dinner at my place. Just be aware that I follow a vegetarian-vegan diet, so you won't be offered any animal products at my place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To quote Forrest Gump, I'd say: "Couchsurfing is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.”

I have already met some many different personalities through couchsurfing and I am truly grateful for these experiences. Sometimes I got across totally akward people, but most of the time I had a great time. We are all unique and every couchsurfing experience will be special in its own way. That's why I love couchsurfing: every couchsurfer is a surprise ;)

Interests

I love doing sports, especially horse riding and dancing. I'm fond of animals and couldn't imagine life without them. I enjoy watching a good movie with friends or simply reading a novel, but that doesn't mean that I'm not in for parties! I love attending festivals in summer, there are some insane ones in neighbouring Hungary ;)

I wanted to learn the piano ever since, unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to do so yet. Also, I would be happy to learn any new (vegetarian) recipes!
