ABOUT ME

Not the most adventures type, but well, hey, here I am! On and into couchsurfing! I've allways loved meeting people and places, by being with the people in their houses, or packing my tent and be in the woods, meeting other nature lovers. I am a gentle, open hearted woman. Modest, honest. I am there, just being, is my thing. Humor too, playing with reality, best way to get ease, I like that. Love peace. Love beauty, from the heart. My heart is stuffed with passion too, for dancing, arts - getting more and more lust for life, that's what I experience.

PHILOSOPHY

Life happens while you make your way on this earth.
You better make the best of it.
Everything you give attention to grows.
We don't know what life is about. It is not nescesary to know. It is interesting though, very!
Feeling peace, happiness, joy is for us to find or create. And for me that is what makes life worthwhile.
Love is the most important armor on this queste.

So I found a few places among you couchsurfers where I could land and so I did. Realy nice experiences!
If you ever have the oppertunity to come to Nijmegen, Welcome! And if the flow and timing is right, I can show you arround, we have dinner together maybe, like that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was used to stay with friends or friends of friends, was allways great! So cool to be in Amsterdam, Berlin, Betlehem, Boston, meet people, being in their homes, really felt so much more as if I was part of the life and the place where I was. And I love that.
And now as I've been using this site, I am so pleasantly surprised! I've had really good experiences with my hosts and my guests!

Interests

I love nature and I'm interested in people and how they think, feel, act and give meaning to their lives. Philosophie, psychology, religious and spiritual matters all interest me. I am a dancer. Dancing is my way to go through life. 5 rythms I dance a lot, but I also love tango, flamenco! not that I'm skilled, but watching it is also good! I love my own house and creating an atmosphere of warm welcome and peace, stillness. Love my cat, my friends and spending time together, exchanging experiences. Rich experiences. Being in nature still provides me the richest experiences of what life is all about. Love experiencing nature abroad. Being in nature is also my way to get in touch with me again. So is being in my home. And I hope being in some of the houses of you couchsurfers to experience that too.
Architecture! Talking about houses, interesting! And art in general. You can do without, sure, but it can help bringing life in perspective, and that is a necessity. Blink!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meeting a woman who became my girlfriend.
Seeing the birth of the kids of my sister.
The sunrise.
When the sun was behind the thick fogg over the lake in france and I couldn't see where the watersurface was and it looked as if the lake and the sky together where a big bright shining white golden gate, a port leading straight to heaven.

Teach, Learn, Share

Dutch language, sure. But maybe exchanging vision on our own lives is more beneficial. I like the idea of everyone's a teacher and a student, it's true.
