ABOUT ME
I have a couple nicknames. SJ, Sassafrass, Sassy for Short, S-DOT, Saraswati & Monkalama. For some reason SJ is what people like the most. I LOVE the stories people have to share of their lives. Makes me feel whole. I like a bit of this and that as long as quality is involved. I like all kinds of music but tend to play funk, R&B and reggae. Soul sister at heart that likes tapping on the hand drums. I think about doing yoga a lot, but only do it here and there. Making some major life changes right now. Hope to be having some more time for my health, eating yummy grinds, breathing and relaxing. I also enjoy artsy things, all kinds.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first couchsurfing experience and it was stellar! What an amazing way to meet people and share food. I miss everybody already. It is like my extended family.
Interests
I spend my time thinking a lot. I ponder on humans and how we are all such interesting creatures. I also tend to think about how I can meld better with the world, be less of an impact, be more engaged, be less in the matrix and how I can get my body aligned in a perfectly balanced state of imbalance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Kayaked the Na Pali Coast! Wow, initially I was scared. Me and my girl were like a bunch of hill billy's on a 2 man kayak. Pots and pans hanging off the sides. Other than crazy life adventures, the most spectacular things I have seen all around the world are random acts of kindness. Now that type of thing leaves me awestruck. Aww, I am getting a tear in my eye thinking about it.
Teach, Learn, Share
