Hello!
We are 50+ easy going nice couple living on countryside about 20 km from Joensuu.
We love to spend outdoorlife, go to the lakes with our little boat and love to travel when not working.
We also like to cook together and just spend lazy time at home. We love live music and sometimes also spend nights with our friends on the pubs.
Our children have grown up and moved on their own, so now we are free to travel when not at work.

We can offer you the safe place to spend a night or couple, offer outdoor sauna/shower with towels and also help you find another accommodation near by. We can pick you from Joensuu railway station or from airport with our car, because both are quite near by.

We both go for a work, so we mostly like to host during weekends or just offer a quick one night bed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We would like to find some new friends abroad, and get some places to rest a little when travelling.
We can also show some beautiful places and also give you a safe place to spend a night, when travelling here in north karelia.
