About Me
I am a passionate volunteer, traveler, and wellness advocate dedicated to supporting people in their personal and emotional journeys. I actively volunteer to assist visually impaired students during educational and recreational trips, helping them explore new places with confidence and independence.
Travel is an important part of my life. Through traveling, I learn about different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living, which enriches my understanding of people and the world.
I also provide informal guidance and support to individuals dealing with depression, mental health challenges, and life stress. My approach focuses on compassion, active listening, and encouraging positive habits related to health, wellness, and spiritual growth.
I believe that kindness, awareness, and meaningful conversations can transform lives. My goal is to create a supportive space where people feel heard, empowered, and inspired to improve their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
