About Me
It is difficult to summarize oneself in a few paragraphs, I was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, a big city, beautiful and full of traditions, much of my way of being is influenced by their customs.
I am a university student who is finishing the fifth year of medical school, I plan to continue studying even though it is difficult for me to decide a specialty because I like many of them, I live with my family with plans to become independent after finishing my degree.
I consider myself a simple, clean, sociable and hardworking person, I have some talents such as eating a lot without getting fat, eating very spicy food and cooking desserts, hmmm I really believe that I love everything that has to do with food, I also like to experience things new, then I am very open to listen to all kinds of music, meet all kinds of people, places and cultures, talk about topics that I know a lot about or that I do not know at all.
I am a football fan and I consider myself amateur in singing, cooking and playing the guitar. This is my facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/saulandre.vera

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As you can see I'm new here. I met Couchsurfing through a friend who has traveled a lot: Ana Ceci, we talked about the people she met, the way she enjoyed traveling and receiving people at home, and I loved the essence of the community, so she motivated me and I decided to try a new way to travel and meet new people and share something with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love the rock of the 80s, Latin rock, I listen to a bit of everything.
My favorite books are The psychoanalyst of John Katzenbach, the whole saga of Harry Potter (I started to read thanks to them c:) and Lord of the rings.
My favorite movies are The green mile, About time and Schindler's List.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It sounds a bit silly, when I was 16 years old I traveled to a small community a few hours from my city, I went to missions organized by my high school, in it one day most of the children of the town gathered around the main square, around about 120 children (really) of all ages, I managed to organize games and activities for all for about 3 hours, it was exhausting but fun.
Teach, Learn, Share
It may sound a bit specific, but I give biochemistry classes to freshmen in my university, I have also taught English, if you are interested I can show you a little.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am Mexican, I consider it a quite rich and pleasant culture, I can share a little of everything, from music and food to the craziest traditions, I am open to walk and meet around, or share a dinner with some beers, besides I can help in whatever you ask.
