About Me
After updating this section for many times I have to come up with something that is not changing every year… I guess I should mention that I am a fun easy going couchsurfer who likes to travel… haha kidding
I am an anesthesiology resident doctor, working in a big hospital in Berlin. As much as I like my very-serious-medical-job I also love art, music, literature and many other things, that you can’t prescribe by milligrams and that make life worth living. I am trying to accept life going up and down, not knowing how to live, not knowing the answers. It scares me that you only get one chance. I enjoy being very independent or at least imagining being very independent. You never know. I am overly emotional. I like falling in love. I think it gets easier with time. I hope to get new impulses from Couchsurfing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love that feeling, when you are in a new place, but you already have friends waiting for you. You might have not met them yet, but they are friends nevertheless. Have met awesome people already and I hope many more to come.

Music, Movies, and Books
If I had to choose music, movies or books, I would choose books! Few things make me happier than reading a good book, immersing myself in a story, that I would never be able to experience in any other way, getting to know new characters, and finding similarities to my life.
The novels by Irvin Yalom full of insight and empathy fascinate me so much that sometimes I wish I was psychotherapist myself. The short stories by Ajahn Brahm already have saved me from a few crisis in life. Deeply emotional Dostoyevsky is a pleasure to read. I'm always happy to get book recommendations.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
amazing experience was working in cancer hospital, intensive care unit. There, besides medical stuff, I learned not to take anything for granted, to be grateful and enjoy life while I can. As mundane as it sounds, life gets better when you understand that.
