ABOUT ME
I consider myself friendly, open, considerate, honest, and curious.
Homegrown in Northcackalack in a central region known as The Triangle and raised on a healthy diet of The Simpsons, video games, and a belief in higher education. I received my BS in mathematics at the major liberal arts college of the region. I have a critical eye but try to never take things to seriously. Zip-A-Dee-Do-Da, ya know?
My main focus right now is seeing the world from different perspectives. That is, right now I'm trying to orient myself, gain purpose and grow self determination and I think that while exploring different places and meeting new people I will feel more confident about my future self and enjoy more my present self.
About me as a house mate: I'd say I'm really neat and easygoing. I'm pretty small so it's easy for me to stay out of your way but I'm also good at being helpful around the house. At the moment, all the of the stuff I'm carrying can fit easily into a Honda Civic.

I like all kinds of things, alphabetically organized lists, bite size candy, board games, card games, dice games, hiking, natural beauty, people, problem solving, puzzles, scientific progress, theater, ...

Music, Movies, and Books
I like anything with heart and soul. There's really no shortage of the good stuff out there so I don't like art that feels cheap. Also, I think science fiction is often the best playground for artists.
I've seen very few movies for whatever reason with one exception: I've seen Office Space about 5 times. My musical tastes find their foundation in classic rock. I skipped the nineties but the last decade and a half of alternative rock and indie keep me interested. Folk and old country are increasingly on my radar. I have read the most from the counter culture era but am always trying to increase my literacy of classics from all eras.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The overall best thing I've done is to live abroad - probably cause prior to that I'd lived in the same 15 mile radius all my life. It was shocking to me how easy it was to move nearly halfway around the globe and feel welcome and comfortable. It was a big deal for me to realize how similar my thoughts and emotions and struggles are to other people's.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a good organizer of things, I'll give you honest advice, I'll try something new or teach you my old games.
