One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spent a month hiking on the Pacific Crest Trail in the Cascade mountains of Washington state, USA. It's a hiking trail through the mountains from Southern California all the way to Canada! The mountains were heart-breakingly beautiful, the stress was real at times, the solitude and beauty were constantly overwhelming. Being so far from civilisation was wonderful. I plan to spend many summers hiking in the future. Cycling from Cambridge to Paris one feverishly warm March was also a great experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories! I have many, many stories from 5 years of traveling through Europe, America and East Asia. Also, I want to listen to your stories. Also also, poems! (Don't worry, I have loved ones who hate poetry, and I know how to stop reciting poetry when the audience isn't really digging it.)
Food! If you want to cook or go out to eat, I am super willing (and able) to participate and get some food-based cultural exchange going :)
Hiking! I would love nothing more than to go on a walk in nature with new friends.
