I have spent the last 6 years studying Hospitality, from all perspectives and roles being that of a member from the Back of House or Front of House Team.

I have always loved food & drink, cooking and learning so the hospitality industry was perfect for me to be involved with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Me and my friend are doing an 11000 mile adventure around Europe seeking all of the sights and best places we can visit along with meeting the best people and locals and absorbing as much culture as possible within the journey.

The trip should take something over 3 months to do but have no constraints on time with our journey, so detours are almost guaranteed! We are willing to work to earn a little bit of money or our keep :) we plan to camp a lot of the journey as to reduce the costs!

I want to create connections with people that in the future i can extend my hospitality and home to for other peoples adventures!

Interests

Despite Food & Drink consuming most of time through work, its the social interaction that i seek the most pleasure from, enjoying these items with friends and new acquaintances is where i'm at my happiest.

I've been skiing for a number of years, something about the speed and exhilaration from the sport that keep bringing me back year after year.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the age of 17, i applied to go work in Italy for the summer as a Commis Chef, knowing very little Italian, and having very little money from the part time job i had at the time to which i got given the job and went shortly after my 18th birthday. Not quite sure if this is amazing but i was sure as hell proud of it.

I can teach my profession that is Cooking and Hospitality, from the basics all the way to how the professionals do it!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very good with Computers, and can help with most applications like MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Video Capture and Basic Sony Vegas.

My skills as a chef can provide Michelin, styled and quality meals to cook for a number of people (As long as i have the facilities.). Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!
