About Me
Heya! I’m a 23 year old guy and for the past 2 years I’ve been a hostel manager in Thailand and Vietnam before going to Australia. I’m currently on my next adventure which is hitchhiking from Portugal to Australia and all of my trips are done with a very low budget but I work as I travel to top up my travel budget.
As much as I travel for my own enjoyment and passion, this current challenge I’m vlogging and recording for a couple of reasons. I want to show and prove to friends, family and strangers that this world that we live in has some absolutely beautiful people, places and experiences to be had, and they don’t need to cost £100s or £1000s. Secondly, I want to inspire people to travel in a more sustainable and ecological way. Too many times I’ve heard friends say “I’m waiting for the right time” or “I’m saving up x amount before I would even think about it”, and my aim is to show that there’s no such thing as the right time, you make it the right time!

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m one of those people that listens and enjoys all music, ranging from uptempo hardstyle to Japanese pop, sea shanties to Vietnamese rap.
Films I like psychological and action but I dabble in romance as well. Anime films will always be closest to my heart however. Some of my favourite films; Shutter Island, The Truman Show, Princess Mononoke, A Silent Voice, Inception, Paprika, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Tangled
Book wise I love psychology and philosophy, whether that’s the classics such as the Illiad, history and philosophy of life such as Sapiens, or functional books such as the Chimp Paradox or Atomic Habits. I also dip into fiction with a personal top 3 book being the Alchemist but nothing would have made me who I am more than my favourite book: The Courage to be Disliked
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled and worked in Asia for 7 months with no money to my name
I’m also lifted a total of 550kg/1212lbs between my Squat, Deadlift and Bench but that’s a personal big win!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Hindi or the best ways to hitchhike as that’s what I’m doing now. I can also cook you some vegetarian Indian meals after a quick shopping trip along with some recipes for future use
I would love to learn some new language phrases or culture, I love some history and geography lessons, whether that be of the place you’re in or the person you are
I would love to share my life experience with you and the lessons I’ve learnt along the way! I may be young and new to CS but I’ve been a very budget travelling guy with experience of working overseas and also stories of the people I’ve met along my journey
What I Can Share with Hosts
Life experience, different outlooks and perspectives on the world that we live in, and some vegetarian food recipes that have been handed down through generations!
