About Me

I’m a 25 year old Floridian with a love for the sea and foreign coasts. I adore sheep and one day hope to have sheep and a little honeybee farm, but right now I work in marketing and feed my creative spirit into making advertising a little less boring. In a dream world, I’d be an art history student and spend my time in France or Italy getting to know the coasts and countrysides. I love writing, drawing, working, and catnapping in the sun. I love living things and warmth, but I also have a deep love for brooding foggy landscapes and hills and mysteries. Also, I was a barista for several years and I could talk your ear off about coffee, but I’d rather just make some and share it with you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thrive off making valuable connections with other people, and I prefer the community aspect of sharing a home and experiencing authentic local living, over the detachment of staying in a hotel. People are a delight, and connecting is what makes any new experience valuable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled alone across the country for a weekend in San Francisco. It was the biggest move I'd made because it was the furthest I'd ever gone alone, and the first time I'd traveled solo. The experience was remarkable and instilled in me the magic of exploring and being open to the unexpected.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn more about organic gardening and sustainability, sciences of just about any kind, or commune with digital designers or creative types. I’ve got lots of experience in coffee and always love to share, and I work in digital marketing so if you’d like any advice on branding or advertising online, come at me!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm still a novice in the world, but I love discussing life, philosophical topics, food, and the arts. I’m here for conversation, to be a nurturing friend, and to share in cheery experiences. I’d love to offer help with cooking, gardening, or any activity you might want to share with a friend!
