Overview
About Me
Born in Missouri -> Raised in Kansas -> Partially grown in Idaho -> Semester in India -> Now exploring in Montana
**
I am a 20 year old Resident Assistant studying at University of Montana. I love my lil chicken nuggets, and they seem to like me, though they do seem to get food poisoning a lot . . . (Also recipient of the Presidential Leadership Scholarship + WUE, active in Harry Potter Club, intramural sports, and after-school volunteer programs).
I am majoring in Existential Crises. . . which is a pretentious way of saying I'm considering a double major in Philosophy and English. But I will change it, which is why I'm trying to explore the world!
I was a student ambassador to India a semester of my high school junior year (recipient of the YES Abroad Scholarship).
I love to play basketball, volleyball, but let's leave out track & field. Also love to hike and walk.
In short, I'm a really friendly, happy-go-lucky, passionate person who knows her boundaries and respects the rules.
I don't normally present my scholarships, but I want you to know that I am trustworthy, responsible, and relatively smart.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet and become friends with anyone who is willing to talk, laugh, and explore this crazy place called earth! I'm backpacking Europe this summer and I don't know what I hope to accomplish, but perhaps I'll find a new passion.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies:
To stay true to the inner child within me: Harry Potter (books and movies) and anything Disney. Some of my favorites: Good Will Hunting, Forrest Gump, Pulp Fiction, The Sixth Sense, Arrival. To cave to the stereotypical Netflixing student: Bob's Burgers, Orange is the New Black, Futurama, Parks and Rec, and The Office are all shows that I'm watching right now.
Some of my favorite authors include Donna Tartt, Will Durant, and Shel Silverstein,
I'll listen anything but country (sorry). I'm going through an accappella Christmas music phase right now. Tis the season! You should look up Straight No Chaser "12 Days of Christmas" - it's a hoot!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once ate an entire pack of gum in a day. I also studied abroad in India.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn anything and everything about the places where I am hosted, and I hope I can share my unique experiences. We're all just humans, and I think making human connections around the world truly opens our eyes to the amazing beings we can be!
What I Can Share with Hosts
A good laugh, a positive attitude, a respectful presence, and a smile.
