ABOUT ME

I am currently taking a year out between education (Philosophy degree down, Law degree still to come). I recently spent 3 months road-tripping the USA and 2 months travelling Central America and am hoping to get a bit more travelling in before I start at law school.

PHILOSOPHY

After a whole degree of it, I try to avoid philosophy when possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I still live with my parents, participation in CouchSurfing is limited to visiting at the moment, but I hope to offer up my couch just as soon as I get one of my own, and am happy to give tips and advice to travellers coming to London!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only one so far, in Seattle! A great experience all round :)

I have however hitch-hiked from England to Morocco, and although it had nothing to do with this website I did a fair amount of couch, car and truck surfing during that week!

TRAVELLING! And swimming, reading, cooking, eating, adeventuring... I'm quite active and love to try new things, see new places and meet new people.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Machu Picchu was pretty amazing. Seeing the mists lift from the valley as the sun rose... Well worth the hour's struggle up the steps :)

Getting an overnight train across India. I've never seen so many colourful people crammed into such a small space. And the things that we saw from the train... Amazing.

Hitch hiking from Coventry, UK to Tangier, Morocco for charity during my first year at university. Met some absolutely amazing people, was shown huge kindness, and got to ride in a truck!

I work part time as a swimming teacher, so that's my number one skill to share. I'd love to be able to write that I have a funny party trick to share, but I don't - perhaps you could teach me one?
