ABOUT ME

I get an idea and run with it. I smile and hiccup more than anyone you'll ever meet. I swim in 34 degree waters. I paint. I build fires. I snowboard. I make the most of what I have, love who's around me and enjoy every bit of the Great Perhaps.

PHILOSOPHY

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow, What a Ride!"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've primarily been a surfer, though I finally have the opportunity to open up my home, fluff up the couch and meet some new folks. Had some interesting kids so far!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing brought me into the homes of some of the most lovely human beings. Its brought people into my life as well!

I can give an art lesson, pass on a good book, mindlessly wander cities and the countryside, or simply be someone to converse with. I also know a multitude of useless facts and how to surf, ski or snowboard.
I'd love to learn how to cook a good meal. I can never turn down a good book or travel suggestion!
