About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live in the moment, to lose my self in travel so that i find myself again..

ABOUT ME

I'm a drifter, vagabond, i get restless when im not travelling. I feel im really myself when im on the road. When i go on a big trip, i tend to not have fixed plans..take it as it comes, some of my closest friends are people who i've met while travelling. I can be crazy and do the most random things when travelling...like, lets dress like characters from Pump Fiction and go the museum.

PHILOSOPHY

To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Im new, i've couch surfed just once. It was in Colombo- Sri Lanka, i was a little apprehensive and nervous about it. But it turned out to be the most amazing thing, we got really close to the family and really felt like i was visiting a close friend's home. My friend and i cooked one night, we had jam sessions. It felt so amazing to experience this open and free world.

Interests

I love theatre, street art and can read the book 'God of Small Things' over and over. There are two things my country(India) seriously lacks jazz and mexican food, and usually when i travel im on a mission to scout both. Im a Jazz Mexican Junkie.
