About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life is too short for boring

ABOUT ME

If I asked my best friend she'd say that I'm really determined... that I'm strong and can do just about anything by sheer will. She'd say I'm unbelievably social and can make friends anywhere any time. She'd say that I'm stubborn, but I do eventually soften up and get over myself. She'd call me a woman of God who loves people deeply even when they are not the best toward me. She'd say I'm awesome to be around during the good times and the hard times.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a Jesus girl. I live for Him and His will. I will lay down my life for anyone if that means God is given glory.
I also believe that life is too short for boring. If I can get lost (safely) anywhere in a new strange town I absolutely will.
If I can't laugh at myself when I'm in the midst of craziness I'm looking at life all wrong.

Interests

haha engaging, eh? I like to read, I'm suffering writers block, but I'm rediscovering my love for writing short stories. I enjoy video games when I actually get a chance to sit and enjoy one. I like to cook- more so than I thought I would. I like to learn about stuff even if it's not my expertise. I like to spoil people. If I could give someone the world I will do that within my capability... It's honestly what I try to spend the most time doing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really like shaking people's negative perceptions about Christians. Like the perception that we all bible thump and are unbearable to those who are different and spew hate. I love Jesus and let me just say there were a couple of decades where I simply did not and wanted nothing to do with Christians. I will not share more than what is asked in that regard though.

I don't know much, but I've had enough rough family experiences to understand and be sympathetic towards others with less than functional families.

I am always a fan of doing something random and unconventional. If I can accompany a friend on a journey to do something out of the ordinary I will and will be supportive about it.
