Just finished my freshman year of College here in the United States (Austin, Texas) and I am planning to take a gap year and travel across Europe. My plan is to visit as many countries as I can during this adventure and experience the many diverse cultures Europe has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is the best way to learn about the various cultures and meet new people along the way rather than just staying at a hotel. I want to embrace different customs and lifestyles across the world.

I listen to a wide variety of music but my favorite artists would have to be Chance the rapper, Flume, and ASAP Rocky. But I'll listen to any kind of music.

As far as movies and TV goes I love any good comedy and well produced shows such as Game of Thrones, Westworld, Sherlock and of course Planet Earth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've hiked over 30 miles down and back up the Grand Canyon in under 24 hours!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English (slang if you are already fluent) and I would be more than happy to learn anything from the hosts, whether it be different languages or just the cultural norms of where I am staying.

I also have plenty of funny stories from my time in America that I would be more than happy to share!

I can cook up many different southern US styled meals such as chicken fried steak with gravy or maybe even some Mexican food
