About Me

Jules Verne was the ultimate hero of my childhood, his foresight's of the future and exotic adventures fascinated me to a level which still influences me today. I believe the constant thirst for exploration and the need for learning is the key engine for every adult just as for every child. After all, we can have the privilege of thinking outside the box.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling since I was a kid. Thankfully my parents felt it is more important to take me to an African safari than buying a new TV or a car. During my trips I was fortunate to meet hundreds of different, interesting and unique persons from each I learned a lot. I believe travelling without getting in contact with locals is like going to the beach without getting wet.

Interests

I love motorcycles. When I was twenty years old, me and my Dad rode two motorcycles from Hungary to New Zealand in an epic 8 months trip. Check the trip out here; www.riderslog.com

Apart from riding a bike I also race in local enduro tournaments and I love playing golf.

I do not own a television since 2005

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like rock music. I have been to two Metallica concerts, Guns and Roses, Soulfly, Deftons and many more. Although rock is my first chosen genre, I love all sorts of music, especially classical music but I am a little bit far away from RnB and rap.

My reading life evolved from Jules Verne, Mark Twain and Exupery and nowadays I read more Utopian and scientific books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to thing it is my life.
