ABOUT ME
I'm a very funny, energetic individual who enjoys art, music, and languages. I am also a coffee and chocolate addict!:)
PHILOSOPHY
Everything will be FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE. Life isn't worth living if you don't experience the adventures each day has to offer, and each day is an opportunity to change the course of our future. We only have one life to live, so the only freedom we have is to live it as greatly as we endeavor to dream.
Interests
Travel is obviously one of my truest passions in life! But along with travel, I study Anthropology at the university because I'm always learning new things about people and cultures. For example, did you know there are people living in Kentucky today that were born with BLUE SKIN?! Or that a 2300 year old mummy was found in Ireland with hair gel in his hair that had been imported from France?! And that there have been 23 different species of human that we know of?! (In my university, they let me hold an Australopithecus Afarensis skull with my bare hands!) Stuff like this just completely fascinates me! I love anthropology.
I also love studying foreign languages! I am conversationally fluent in Spanish and currently studying Italian! I've also studied a little bit of German, Japanese, French, and Chinese! I basically love anything related to art and music, and for me, linguistics is kind of an extension of that -the art of forming sound in speech! It's awesome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was traveling in Ecuador, I went on a pilgrimage visiting various churches and cathedrals from city to city. I saw many amazing places, but the very best one was an enormous church in the heart of Montecristi, where I could practically FEEL God in the room with me! It was such an amazing experience, I all but fell to my knees right there!
Another moment that left me awestruck was El Parque Tayrona in Colombia! The landscapes were INCREDIBLE! There were ROCKS larger than houses! And the landscape was full of jungles, beaches, and strange fauna like land-crabs and super colorful lizards and birds! Furthermore, the water was full of GOLD sand, so it looked like the earth was being bathed in gold! It was breathtaking.
I went paragliding in Colombia! I had a fear of heights, and I didn't understand any of the instructions they were telling me before takeoff (because it was all in Spanish) but I faced my fear and had a lot of fun -AND I got to see some of the prettiest landscapes I had ever seen from a bird's eye view! My courage amazed me!
