ABOUT ME

I'm Chelsea, I used to be the violinist in the band Seryn and we toured coast to coast and all over the US for some good couch surfing times! Now, I have a beautiful baby daughter and I live with my artist husband in north Texas where I plan on studying midwifery and continuing my education in art. To see our artwork check out victoriousmade.com and to see my old band, check out serynsounds.com.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interests

I have been enjoying tuning in to my body and intuition lately and listening to my inner self to guide me in the day to day, moment by moment. I just turned 25 and feel like my life just officially started and it's now the time to end the "shoulda, coulda, wouldas" and pursue things today instead of putting them off for tomorrow. My tomorrow is here! It's time to get up and go!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time, we played in front of 14,000 people in a stadium. We only played two songs during a conference but it was one of the most terrifying and beautiful experiences ever.
Another time, we played on a stage in front of a huge mountain at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, and being from Texas, you just don't see mountains. It was terrifying and beautiful as well.
And of course, being a woman with a child, I have to say that natural childbirth was one of the greatest moments in my life that left me awestruck and empowered and changed. It was terrifying and beautiful as well.
