About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Improve my french, do some major life living while im young and able :)
ABOUT ME
Just graduated from university in LA and moved to France for a new adventure! Im teaching English in elementary schools for the year, and couldnt be more excited to be here. I love traveling, meeting new people, and having unique experiences so I figure couch surfing is the place to be. I am totally fun loving and am super low maintenance- just excited to authentically experience new places this year :)
PHILOSOPHY
Balance and growth. My own experiences have taught me the importance of these two. I hope to always be moving forward intellectually, socially, spiritual, physically, emotionally, etc- and to do so with balance. Way too many people spend all their time at their jobs and ignore the rest of their lives- that doesnt work for me!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I joined couch surfing this summer before my move to France. Went to a get together in LA to see what it was all about, and loved the opportunity to talk to new people and hear all the amazing experiences theyve had through cs. Since then, ive met up for drinks and couchsurfed with really great people! Next step is to get my roommate on board and start hosting!!
Interests
Being active- hiking, biking, running, sailing, yoga, exploring, partying :) I also value being a part of the local community, whether it be through civic engagement or just finding cool local spots. I'm a total extrovert so also love doing anything social and meeting cool new people. In school I studied urban and environmental policy, so also love learning about different social/environmental justice issues

The last cd I made had- Flux Pavilion, The Faint, Ghostland Observatory, Digitalism, Bag Raiders, Ladyhawke, Shiny Toy Guns, Bibio, Swedish House Mafia, and Beastie Boys. whoo thats random.
I probably mostly listen to electronic music, alternative/classic rock, hip-hop, reggae... i really like most everything
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently managed to get bit by a monkey and had to get rabies shots, that was pretty amazing haha
Teach, Learn, Share
"A jack of all trades and a master at none." Still not sure if that's a good thing or not haha. But I'd say I don't have one particular thing to share with the world, instead am interested in a variety of topics and could probably contribute a little about a lot.
On the other hand, I do know some things I'd like to learn! I would love to take a bike trip along the south coast of France (let me know if youre down!), am dying to do some motocross, would totally enjoy learning to rock climb, and am starting to play the guitar and do some stenciling. Thank god for a three day work week!!
