Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to be able to host on my very comfy black velvet couch, but I recently moved to a new apartment with new roommates and unfortunately don't have a space that I can offer anymore! Hopefully this will change soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

There's nothing like learning from locals. I've had some awesome CouchSurfing experiences in Portland, Seattle, Atlanta, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Belize and can't wait for more! Couchsurfers that have stayed with me have taught me how to juggle and to make crepes -- I love this teaching/learning part of the experience.

Interests

food (from eating to cooking to politics of), the great outdoors, music, reading, social justice, learning, crafting, hiking, biking, cats, psychology, cameras, farming and have a weakness for glitter and puns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Helped to dig irrigation ditches and then watching them open for the first time of the season.
- Visited Beers of the World
- Watched a New Mexico sunset
- Gone on a great white shark dive and seen no sharks
- Got my scuba diving certification!
