About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Connect, express, etc.
ABOUT ME
Graduated Columbia U in May 2012. Moved back from NYC to Boston to start this company that aims to change the culture of classical music by connecting musicians directly to audience members, so the classical music community can organically generate its own happenings, in the hopes that classical music culture can reflect its component members, and not the huge institutions that I believe are doing a huge amount of damage to classical music.
PHILOSOPHY
John Stuart Mill for social and moral philosophy. Baruch Spinoza for metaphysics.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used couch-surfing a lot 5 years ago, when I was travelling during a year off, and it was life changing. I've only hosted once, because I've never really had my own space, but someday, when I do, I will have a nice, large couch.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Many places, years ago.
Also! It says I have responded to 0% of my requests, which is CS BS! I don't know what the deal is because I respond to my requests! I'd be happy to provide screen shots on request!
Interests
Music, Books, Movies, The Beatles
***I love playing guitar. I was in a band last year and we made an album that I think turned out pretty well. You can listen to it at http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=709903
Anyway, I love books, and film. I've never been a huge sports person, but as a Bostonian, I think that's changing.**
All that's changed. I don't play guitar anymore. I play piano, very poorly. I'm trying to make my way through all of Mozart's sonatas and I suck ass, but c'est la vie.
Also Chess. I absolutely love chess. I'm not great, but I love it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
"I've laughed like a child at the feet of the Buddha. I learned to eat a peach, not merely consume it."
AND. For those of you who don't get extremely obscure references to the masterful show Mr. Show, I met Polythene Pam when I was in Prague 5 years ago. Her name was Pam. She was from Liverpool. She grew up with John, and he once said he would write a song about her some day. Was she definitely Polythene Pam? Maybe not. But she was so good looking, but she looked like a man.
Teach, Learn, Share
I WILL SHOW YOU SOME CLASSICAL MUSIC THAT IS SO AMAZING IT WILL BREAK YOUR BRAIN! I discovered it rather late in life, and simply couldn't believe how much I'd been missing out on.
