About Me
ABOUT ME
I was reared in the Tyrone countryside, spending my childhood playing in the fields, catching fish from streams and getting up to the usual mischief. The teenage years took hold and while I continued to explore the countryside, school was getting serious. Binge drinking soon took a priority which flowed nicely into my student days which ended just a couple of years ago. Since then I have been doing some more interesting things like travelling, volunteering and just recently entered the rat race.
PHILOSOPHY
No bad days.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By hosting couch surfers and showing them around my adopted home town, I hope to retain some of that travelling spirit.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have helped host a few couch surfers through my friends account. You could say I couch surfed through other means. I was a HelpXer last year which was a learning experience.
Interests
I'll have a go at anything. Currently I do a lot of cycling and cooking. I also like to run and go fishing. Recently, I started Kayaking with a club and this spring should be brilliant.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - anything really. Currently electro, electro house, trip-hop exaggerates a good mood.
Movies - something with thought.
Books - I like to read, but have a bad habit of not finishing books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swimming in a remote stream in the Scottish highlands on the hottest days of the year. Watching fox cubs play in the spring sunshine from a few feet away. Climb Sawel mountain in late December to reach the snow covered peak covered in cloud and everything was pure white.
