ABOUT ME

I'm an English teacher in South Korea, but I want to do something else with my life. I'm studying illustration, animation and 3d modeling so that I might become an indie animator/comic illustrator.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host or try to help couchsurfers whenever possible, and have couchsurfed with a few people while traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea and I've hosted several people at my place in Jeju. So far it's all been good, and I wish I could do it more often.

兴趣

I like music, books, art, history, and modern and ancient languages. These days I spend a lot of my free time studying about foreign languages.

I like the authors Solzhenietsin, Joseph Campbell, Joseph Heller, Alexander Hemon, Nikos Kazatzakis
I listen to James Brown, Bootsy Collins, Rasputina, Funkadelic, Parliament, Rose Royce, Hendrix, Pink Floyd, various blues.
My favorite book is Zorba the Greek.

I can't think of anything right now that has left me awestruck. That's kind of sad, isn't it? I want to be awestruck.

I study foreign languages in my spare time. I'm always trying to learn more about education and the process of becoming multi-lingual.
