Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am trying to experience the world instead of seeing it, and I believe Couchsurfing is a beautiful way to do it through sharing a place, a meal, a conversation or whatever it is with a local.

Interests

I am interested in happiness and well being. very much into yoga, trying to learn more about meditation and spirituality giving myself some time, going slowly as I believe it is a process that demands building up. I don't know much about it, but I do love music, it makes me happier, it makes everything better. I love reading, specially when lying down on the beach. ;) And well, traveling, this is my addiction. It makes me feel alive, and all the learning that comes with it feels like brain orgasms.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love classic rock, 60/70s specially, and house music as well for fun times. I appreciate art through plays and movies, and there are a few good ones out there. The movie that I have identified myself the most about all the questionings about society and the way we have been living life is 'Into the Wild". The music on it is also very much appreciated by me.
My favorite author is the brazilian Paulo Coelho. I enjoy his writing style, so pretty much all his work please me, but the Alchemist was outstanding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many amazing things. I have made people I love laugh, I have helped people to believe on themselves when they thought they could not, I shared sense of humor with my niece so she could smile herself and keep on making people smile as well. I have started all over from the scratch many times in my life. And I'll do it as many times as it takes. The most important thing is to be happy anyways, anyhow.
