ABOUT ME

I love discovering new places, people, and passions. I love getting lost and finding things I didn't even realize I was looking for along the way. The people I have come across in my travels have been awesome and inspiring. Everyone I meet seems to propel me forward to some new insight or experience.

I NEED spontaneity and adventure...it's right up there with food, air, and shelter for me. I love exploring new countries and continents where every moment is a new possibility. And I love having the time to write, read, and engage in meaningful conversations on a daily basis.

I never feel more free than when I'm traveling. It gives me the time and opportunity to pursue the things I love.

I travel as much as possible, a month at a time where I can, and try to take what I learn about myself when I'm traveling so I can have the mindset of a traveler when I'm home.

friendly, positive thinking, optimistic, funny, I love to meet new people, make friends if it is possible, I like to learn new languages as well, to travel, explore the city and go to another countries too. I try to enjoy life, take life as it comes, live the moment, be present, see the beauty of life, enjoy the beautiful things that life can offers me because life is beautiful and short so, I try to make the best of it and I am always open for to try new things! :)

Don't judge others without know them as nothing looks like as it is or seems to be...at first by the capture off our eyes... take a deep look first by getting to know the person well before judging her or him because everyone deserve a second, third and even a five chance in life for to prove themselves right, be honest, polite, friendly, help the others if you can, be open for to meet people, make friends, enjoy life, take life as it come, enjoy the beauty of life and the beautiful things that life can offers you, live the moment and make the best of it! :)

Read about philosophy, medicine, low, politics, the human brain, I found it amazing to find out how the human brains works, it is always something new to know, meet new people, make new friends, have drinks, have dinner, go dancing, learn tango. I never try tango before. But since a while I would like to try. So, I still would like to try. And I love to travel. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

There are so many but here are some I could mention! Music; hip pop, 80's, 90's and 2000's. Books; the denied of death, the female brain, the male brain, love 2.0, the way of the superior man and all the books what make you think about life, their existence of it or of life but I also live to read books about the human being and their existence, the behaviors between humans being and their behaviors, about sexuality and medicine but specially neurology, sexuality, autoimmune diseases and genetics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I bike about 75 kilometers in Åland! Come back to life and this year I just run 10 kilometers at midnattsloppet in Stockholm! :D

Teach, Learn, Share

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts ♥️♥️ too. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them as well, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take as many pictures you can, laugh 😂 a lot, forgive often, and love like you've never been hurt before. Life comes with no guarantees with not extra time. You just have to live the life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, smile 😊 to life and laugh 😆 hard. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

I can also teach about life because I have seen a lot in life I think. Learn more about life. Share experience of life. :)
I think we can all teach, learn and share something in life and experiences as long as we are open to listen and to learn. :)
