ABOUT ME

I'm an energetic person who is always looking on the bright side and loves to meet new people! I am especially up for stimulating conversation & delicious food..
I just moved to Toronto at the beginning of January to study naturopathic medicine!
Back in Vancouver, I spent a great deal of my time volunteering at a student-run non-profit cafe/grocery store at my university that makes available organic, local and fair trade items on campus. Check us out here! www.ubcsprouts.ca
In my free time, I enjoy my undying love for dance and music!

PHILOSOPHY

I feel like my purpose in life is to help other people, and that I need to become sufficiently knowledgeable in order to do so. It is because of this drive that I am in school studying what I am passionate about - when I am one day qualified, I want to be able to help take care of not only my family and friends but also other people in the world who need it.

Learning new things - anything we can teach each other is always something worthwhile.

I can share my knowledge of food, nutrition, health and sustainability, as well as some Spanish language skills.. and, I can teach you some ballet if you're interested! We can also just dance freestyle in my kitchen, which seems to be the centre of my apartment :)

I would love to learn how to swim properly, how to play a musical instrument (used to play the clarinet years ago, but that's it!) and how to create new aromas in my kitchen.
