ABOUT ME

Hi everyone.
Just pass the basic introduction...

I'm just a simple man in the world trying to get my own lifestyle.

I love the story of STAR WARS, and the lifestyle the Jedi Knights in the story impresses me a lot

"There is no emotion, there is peace.

And that is about the lifestyle I want, peaceful, quiet and meditative.

So I seek for peace in life. I seek for harmony. I seek for ways that help people to understand each other better.

That's why I want to study the languages with its culture and history, I believe it helps me understand the language itself better, and with the deep faith--- that by working together, we will finally break the barriers between languages and humans can be together to achieve greater good.

And I find myself less than a normal traveller,going places, taking photos and taking off. I preffer to stay at one place to dig deeply into the local lives, that's how I understand about the travel for my own.

You might say I'm not that crazy about travelling.No I'm not. But I'm ready and willing to face any new chanlleges. Couchsurfing is definately one. I'm excited at meeting new friend and learing new cultures(for me of course).

And I'm also in a great desire to find some friends who can share different life experieces with me.

Guess that's all about me for now.^^

PHILOSOPHY

What greater good couldn't be reached when we are united together?
And I believe we can even rebuild the Babel Tower.
That's a dream planted in the connor of my deep soul, maybe that's what I'm living for.
It's a huge and massive task, might be ended with even one out of billion undone in spite that I struggle my life for it. But faith is there, telling me that would be done one day, one way or another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll do as much as I could but honestly, I don't could do much.
For I'm now just a college student and with no job experience. So all what I got is supported by my family. So the time when I get my fully independence, I will offer couches and better helps.
But for now what I can do is as followed:
1.Offer some drinks and some basic helps in Bordeaux, France(from now on to 20/06/2011)
I'm now an exchange student at BEM in Bordeaux.I have a studio,but unforturenately without any couches for any others to sleep. And I'm new in France and I just begin to study French so I can offer little help, but I'll welcome any one passed by and offer him some drinks. And if it's urgent maybe I could negotiate with some of my friends here to get a temporary accomadation.
2.Offer the guidence in China.
I'll be back in China since 20/06/2011. So I'll stay in Shanghai,or maybe back to my hometown,Chengdu. but I can't offer any accomadations for I live with my mother and grandmother. I can offer some informations in these two cities and maybe help to find some place to live like hotels. And if it's urgent, by the permission of my family I could offer my place, but that is not that convenient.
3.Being a good surfer
The rest I can do is being a good surfer. I'll try my best to avoid any disconveniece that we might cause to the house owner. And maybe with what I get I could help the coucher settle some problems of his.
4.Willing to help
I have such strong will to help the community.For it's also for my own good. I've stated that I want to find some way to make people understand each other better. Couchsurfing is really practical and if there is any good advice I will try to realize it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't got any experience for it's the first time.
But I've just come aboard, away from my own country, to France when I can't even speak French. And I meet some friends by coincidence(of course English-speaking). They are from another different countries. And I find myself well getting along with them just in a few days. So I think it could be a little experience about my own

Interests

violin, but just a starter, haven't been in practice for quite a while.
Developing my cooking ablities, to be specific, training myself of well use of ingredients and spicy to make delicious Sichuan Food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I and some of my friends get together, and went hiking in a mountain that is about 80KM far from our homes. We didn't take any vehicles, we just went by bycircles. And we make the journey on our own, without any help from families or else.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I can share:
1. the Ancient history of China, especially the history in the 'three kingdoms' time.
2. the idea of Sichuan food cooking,and maybe the idea of Chineses way of dealing with food.
3. something with the computer,that's what I have been studing,but not quite practical
4. stories about our lives in China.
