Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting people.

The last time I hosted was 2007 or 2009... A long time ago.

The first guest my then house mates and I decided to take on was from Germany.

What a great individual.

It was such a great experience, full of laughter - I decided to try it again at my next place. But, my spot there was too small - and I had graveyard work schedule. So, I stopped hosting.

After learning about the culture of this site as kids: My (now) adult kids all have used this site in Europe, Asia, and South America.
