About Me

I had created this couchsurfing account in 2011 when I first traveled to the US; since I was gonna stay there for a seven months period. Wether by attending events, hosting or surfing, I heard it was a cool place to connect with locals in different cities. But once I arrived to the US, I had met so many great people and we managed to travel all together, that I didn't get to use my account.
Earlier this year, I logged in (of course I had forgotten the password), and I updated my profile with my husband's picture and some few details. This allowed us to have our first hosting experience and it was great! So we decided to become active... That's the reason I am fully completing my profile right now (hahah!).
My husband is a cool guy who enjoys the simplest things in life. He is a huge nature and basketball lover.
As for me, I think I'm someone easygoing who likes art at any of it's form. I also love hearing travel stories and stories in general.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to discover countries and cultures from a local's eye perspective. Also, we want to host because it's a bit like travelling without taking any type of transportation :D

Interests

Traveling and living abroad are major elements that define who I am today. It gathers it ALL. Being more tolerant about other's cultures and traditions, opening eyes about what's beyond a city and connecting to nature, and most of it all knowing how to connect with people; through art, storytelling, photography, boarding games... and last but not least, COOKING.
