About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Take life a bit at a time.

PHILOSOPHY

Say hello to the moon, visit places you thought only existed in stories, go hiking, go swimming, pick flowers, ride your bike, share meals with strangers, don't be afraid to try , smile whenever possible, let yourself fall in love...

ABOUT ME

I enjoy being outside in nature and working on little projects (art, cooking, sewing, etc). I love life most of the time, and when I don't... I accept that reality and live through it. I live with a dog named Jabba, a hedgehog named Alfred-Albert (Al for short) and a human name Jonny. Right now I'm a part time artist/ part time traveler. Hope to see you soon!

Music, Movies, and Books

Cheesy pop music, drama films, books that keep me up at night.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago I went on a cycling trip with an organization called the Otesha Project. They use cycling and theatre to promote sustainable living. Our tour was called Phenomenal Food 2012 and as a group of 7 we lived a story that you couldn't even read in a book. We put on over 20 plays and 40 workshops about different environmental and social justice issues as we cycled through Ontario, staying and working at farms and in people's homes. So much generosity, friendships, and delicious locally grown food. Awesome became the new normal.
