ABOUT ME

I am a 25 year old female who just started going to college again. I LOVE going to school. I love learning and by that i mean leaning anything. I have worked in teh resturant industry since I was 16 and through the years I have performed every job that a resturant has to offer. At this present moment I am a bartender and my local watering whole, and I have never enjoyed a job this much. Besides the learning and the job the biggest passion in my life is THEATER!!! In the past I have been over involved in the community theater in my area. It does not matter what is happening in the world or my life if I am on the stage, life is endlessly happy.

No Day But Today. motto. Written by Jonathan Larson for the musical RENT. My friend and I use to say it to each other as motivation. In 2006 she died, and I found more than just comfort in the saying, now it is a way of life, beacuse life is too short.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this present moment I am not able to take people in. As I stated before I went back to school and as a result I am living with my parents who have not yet agreed to the idea of couch surfing. I will be moving from their home in a couple of months and at that time I will be able to change my status to take people in.

Interests

THEATER! I also enjoy: reading, watching movies, MUSIC, I really love to dance, even though I am not that good; swimming is a great time, I love to be in the waves, even if they have to be fake like a wave pool; I like to go to Lake Michigan and just sit by the water; I am 45 min. from Chicago, I like to go there. There is alway something to do in the city. My favorite thing to do in the city though, is to go to a cubs game!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am bad at this topic. I love music, and I know lots of songs, the words to the songs, but I never rememeber who wrote it or what they named it. So you will just have to go out with me to figure out what I like best. Books, I love to read, school has not left much free time for reading, but last book spree that I went on was Chuck Palanik. Most enjoyable! And movies, huh, I do love to watch movies, but it is kinds the same thing as music. I remember sences, but not the who, what, where, when, and why, until I see it again.
