ABOUT ME

My nickname is pegs, and you better stick to that ;)I'm a 21 year old student at leipzig university, aiming to become a teacher. I've travelled the world with my family, been to many places such as Italy, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Belgium, France, Czech Republik, England... America and many more I can't think of now. After finishing school I went to Bournemouth in the UK and if one of you ever considers going there, go ahead, it's the "party capital" of England and you will be meeting so many people. Now I'm living back in Germany, in a student town as well, where many important German literats have studied. Just think of Goethe, Nietzsche...Angela Merkel ;) I'm living together with Magda, Fabi and our dog Looney in a flat close to the city center and if you come to visit us, you will be having your own cosy place. We are very open-minded people and love to sit togehter in our kitchen, drink a glass of wine and talk nonesense.

I've just set up my profile on couchsurfing that's why I do not have any recommendations. I'm going to Barcelona this week and I would love to meet new people and get to know the city.

Music, Movies, and Books

i hate jazz, I have to admit it... ;) I know that my taste of music isn't the best, I guess it got influenced in the UK, so more britpop and that kind of thing. I met my favourite band two years ago after a concert- Razorlight- and they were great to hang out with. My boyfriend is a musician, he's playing the e-guitar and he knows a lot about music, but I can feel it! There are so many precious books in the world, I love Shakespeare, Dahl, Bryson and I'm always reading at least 4 books at a time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everytime I were at my fav place in the world, I just couldn't believe that anything that pretty could exist. I've closed my eyes and kept the image of the hill and the water surounding it. When I opened my eyes again, all that beauty wasn't just in my mind, it's been real and hard to cope with.
