CURRENT MISSION

I will be a mom in a few days. YES! You got it right! I´m pregnant. So this is my current mission: preparing for the Baby.

In August last year I moved to a small small town in the beautiful forest of Thuringia and am now getting to know the people, their lifestyle, their hobbys values and dreams. I recently got married and now my husband and I are figuring out how life as a married couple works.

ABOUT ME

I´m 35, but sometimes I feel like I´m only 7. Sometimes I´m a bit crazy, but not all the time. Some things I just love are snowboarding, hiking, sleeping, eating, rockclimbing, horsebackriding, scubadiving, and crochet. hahaha. What a combinatin hugh? Some people say I´m an untypical German. Don`t know why that is. But for sure I´m curious and I like unpredictable aventures. Most of the time I´m spontanious and flexible. And right now I´m in love with the best guy in the world!! We got married in October 2013 so I´m still a newly wed happy and lucky princess.

PHILOSOPHY

I dont want to be stuck in the rat race, paralyzed by fears to loose money or loose a job. There is a lot more to life than working or making money.
So just do it, no fear! Live life to the fullest! What are you waiting for??

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

until now I only surfed Couches, cause I´m on the road too much.
But i definitely wanna change that soon. We are in the middle of moving to a new town, into a bigger apartement. So soon there will be a couch for anyone who wants to spend some time in the beautiful region of the Forest of Thuringia.

Our couch has been tested and proven a good one to sleep on by my family and some friends. But right now I am sorry to tell you that I can not offer you a couch to surf on just because I´m pregnant and life is a bit more difficult with a baby bump.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have at least a Million couchsurfing experiences which are not listed here, because they were all with friends I knew before I knew CS. In Japan, in Korea, in Taiwan, in Indonesia, in Micronesia, in Tonga, in Germany, in Austria, in Australia... all the places I stayed at friends houses, surfing their couches... Of course friends staying in my place as well.

Interests

scuba diving, horseback riding, keeping in touch with friends, snowboarding, of course traveling, sitting in a nice cafe and have a chat, photografie, I love Quantumphysics and the hidden secrets of the Universe. But GOD is still THE most interesting phenomenon there is!! oh and just recently I started geocaching. I think I like that too.

I'm scared of all kind of horror movies. I like thrillers thou. Movies that make me think, movies that make me remember the good times and the bad times,
depending on my mood I like various music styles. pop, electro, Jazz, classic, anything.

and just recently the most amazing thing I did was getting married. I love my husband.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love communication and all forms of it. I enjoy teaching and learning new stuff.
I could teach you how to crochet or how to knit, I can teach english if you are ok with it that I´m not a native speaker. I could teach you how to ride a horse or how to eat lots of cake. ^^ just ask me anything you want to learn, maybe I can help, maybe not.

I experienced crazy things in my one year of being a volunteer in Tsunami damaged Indonesia and civil war area Timor Leste, being a teacher for Peace and being a friend for kids and youth who had hard times. So I could teach you how to live happily with only a sleeping bag to call your own.
