ABOUT ME

I recently moved out into the desert. I have an artsy house all to myself right near Tombstone, AZ in the heart of cowboy country! Plenty of space for visitors interested in Western history, cinema, desert ecology, hiking, climbing and geology!

I like to cultivate hobbies, perspectives on life, and experiences.

I am studying how Mexican immigrants studying English in Tucson experience culture and how this impacts their learning.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that Beauty makes life worth living, and I enjoy finding it in obscure places/deep within people. Art, to me, is the pursuit of beauty, to capture it and to create it, so, I think it's pretty important.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm staying put for a while, but I love making connections for future travels. I enjoyed the couchsurfing camp at Burning Man, and have a fantastic roadtripping vehicle, so I'm eager to network with more travellers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been on hospitality club for years. I've hosted many guests, and met amazing people on the road. In college I was an official host for visiting students to stay with me in the dorm. Now I have a place in the desert, a bit isolated. Plese visit!
