Hiking, computers, reading.

Really though, I like problem solving, stories, and creating things and I like finding them everywhere. I like planning but just enough and with the intention that plans are often changed. Stories can be books, movies, shows, or personal adventures; they spoken, written, sung, shouted, and I love them. Share your stories with me. And creating things. I like cooking, crafts, building things, fixing what is broken.

Music, Movies, and Books

Yes. Mostly books though I love gathering recommendations for all types of media.

Books: Fiction and non fiction. The Emperor of All Maladies is excellent, Helter Skelter, Surely You're Joking Mr. Feynman, The Joy of Insight, everything by Neil Stephenson, Neal Gaiman, Orson Scott Card, I like Margaret Atwood, the list goes on an on and spans many genres.

Music: I love live music and concerts. Right now I'm really enjoying indy folk, post rock, and some other good stuff. Alt-J is rocking my world, Boards od Canada are intense, Imagine Dragons...there are also the classics...Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

Mathamagics, computery things, crafts, photography. Mark will partake in anything mechanical.

We like cooking (he's better at it than I am) but we'll trade lodging for new recipies.
