ABOUT ME

Hey I´m Alan - 29 years old and from Scotland.

I'm currently working and living in the Buddhist monastery, Samye Ling in southern Scotland. WHAT!!?

This wasn't part of the plan but life is indeed a journey. I had no idea how much there is to learn. I'm enjoying this chapter of my life and being part of a wonderful place, learning lots beside lovely people. The longer I live here the less surprised I am by anything.

I have lived in France where I couchsurfed a few times and met some smiley happy people so I'm keen to give after taking lots from this site.

I really enjoy meeting funny people and learning new things.
