ABOUT ME

Hello! I'm a perpetual student who hopes to travel as much as possible all over the world while also holding down a job. :) I'm originally from a small town in Texas but have lived all over the place, including Hamburg, Germany, Washington, D.C., San Jose, CA, Charlottesville, VA, Seattle, WA, and currently, Dallas, TX. While studying abroad in Germany, I traveled around Europe and really enjoyed connecting with fellow travelers and locals along the way, and so I decided to join the CS community to help make it happen more frequently in the future.

Some people say I have a bit of an accent, but I ain't got no idea what they're talking 'bout. :) I'll let you be the judge! In my travels, I have learned about the culture and history of the places I visited by interacting with locals, so the opportunity to stay with a local through CS is really appealing to me.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to treat people in the way I would like to be treated and enjoy hearing about others' experiences while sharing some of my own. The world is so much smaller than it appears!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted 4 people when I lived in Seattle, and it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to showing off some TEXAS hospitality. I surfed in Australia and met some really great people.

Interessi

Working out, listening to music, laughing, hanging with friends and family, movies and (shocker!), travel.

Wanna do push-ups and sit-ups? I'm game. Wanna sit back and eat Oreos while I do them; no problem; we can do a competition where for every 10 push-ups I do, you have to eat one Oreo.

I am an attorney/lawyer and accountant (CPA). So, if you have trouble sleeping, I can talk to you about tax policy in the US! That usually cures insomnia quite quickly. :)
