Hi folks,
My name is Scott, and I live in Kitchener, Ont. I live on disability, and so travel has been out of my budget since I suffered a brain injury in 2002. Last year I built an electric recumbent bike, and it has opened some doors for me. In the fall, I rode 1300 miles in 2 weeks, and that has me looking at the east coast. lol I simply can,t afford the luxury of hotels, or campsites for that matter, and I need some security, and the ability to plug my bike in. I have been forced into the stealth camping thing a couple times. I didn,t sllep well, and had to sit in a Timmy's for two hours while my bike charged. lol. My family isn,t comfortable with the idea either, and it would bring them peace of mind (and reduce the nagging, but I didn,t say that out loud) knowing I had a place to stay. Interests

I have had great difficulty finding interests of any sort. The things I was interested in before my accident, are no longer feasible, yet I have not been unable to maintain interest in other things. At least until I built my bike. I love travelling on it. I am more relaxed, and at peace, lkke I haven,t been in many years. Having only to deal with staying upright, and enjoying the scenery, gives me a chance to be more of myself, than I am when the bustle of normal life keeps my head swimming. I am going to live on it in the spring! lol

Music, Movies, and Books

I haven,t really favorite anything. I don,t remember well. I watch a movie today, and I can watch it next week again lol. My entertainment costs are very low. My musical tastew generally run to artists who are dead, or rapidly approaching the end.
