About Me
Hello fellow Couchsurfers! I'm relatively new here but open to hosting when i'm not travelling or taking vacations.
I like making the most of my days but perhaps a bit too laid back at times. Love experiencing different cultures and seeing new places. Always try to pick up phrases in new languages, at the very least how to order a drink. Recently home from SE Asia.
Adopting a more adventurous set of hobbies. I've always loved being outdoors, usually a week is all I can handle in a big city.
Would love to use a sport as means to travel, ideally visiting a country to climb a mountain or explore their coastline on a diving exploration. Failing that, volunteering across the world would be cool way to travel too.
Enjoy a few beers and the rugby like a typical Welshman!
Vegan lifestyle for 2 years,
Peace and Love is where it's at.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Only ever heard good things about Couchsurfing so her I am! I feel like when I have the ability to host I could suggest the smoothest way of doing the 'touristy' things and offer a few local suggestions some might miss around where I live, if this was reciprocated whilst surfing that would be great!
Personally, I am hoping to continue travelling the world and I think this is a great way to diverge in local culture, meet new and interesting people. I've always preferred smaller hostels with a sense of community about them, usually opting for ones that look like big houses, finding these are where i've found closer friends and connections.

Music, Movies, and Books
Have a passion for live music! Listen to anything depending on my mood. Rock has a solid place on my palette thanks to my Dad. Really into bass and electronic music right now. Going to music festivals in UK and Croatia this summer.
I don't read enough in honesty. Slowly reading the Harry Potter books to my sister when i'm home. Fav. movie- City of God or American History X.... closely followed by Dodgeball.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Left university to go exploring. Delaying the generic study/career route for as long as I can (at least until society drags me back into line.)
Simple things are the best, surfing great beaches, seeing the sun set in beautiful places, meeting sweet people.
Teach, Learn, Share
Pretty good golfer-happy to give some tips. Unfortunately i'm not the best chef but will deffo swap recipes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Some fun stories about my adventures and where i'm from. I'm quite proud of my Welsh heritage and love sharing our culture and ways with people from all over the world.
