I am trained as an occupational therapist, conscious body worker, yoga instructor and health/wellness coach. I was a semi-pro swimmer, swim coach, Firefighter, and EMT. I'm passionate about living life, slowing down, making friends, authentic connection, learning, and being open minded.  I'm on a 20+ month journey of self-discovery. I volunteered at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India for 9 months and continued my journey from there. On this journey, I've been bit by a dog- I didn't bite first;), crashed a scooter & survived, met the Dalai Lama, and traversed the Himalayas. My other passions include; learning, hiking, camping, canyoneering, traveling the world, dancing ridiculously, laughing so hard you pee your pants, and eating brownies.... mmmmm

Hiked the Himalayas, sank in the sea of Galilee, Rafted in the grand canyon, broke my knee snowboarding, swam with Olympians like Michael Phelps. I met the Dalai Lama and worked with Sadhguru.
