And now for some history.
Born and raised in the heat of the tropics, south Florida is where I am from. I completed my degree in Environmental Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University where my senior research consisted of working with my team to build a 1/2 acre permaculture designed food forest.

After receiving my degree, I served a year with AmeriCorps at Estero Bay Preserve State Park as a Park Ranger. Responsibilities included invasive-exotic species removal, wildland firefighting, volunteer recruitment, and interpretive tours.
Upon graduation from AmeriCorps, I started with the United States Department of Agriculture in southwest Florida where I performed duties as Vice-Chairman of the Florida Outreach Committee, Area-West Outreach Coordinator and Plant Protection Quarantine Technician.
After a couple years in that position I uprooted myself and vagabonded across the USA, camping out of my car for two months with my pup. Eventually settling in Eugene, Oregon where I lived the past three years.
I am back in Florida working at a high end Italian Restaurant and in training to become a Sommelier.
I have a pup named Puka and she has been with me for 10 years now. From puppy to adult she has been my best friend and travel companion.
