CURRENT MISSION
Travel and develop a career teaching diving
ABOUT ME
For a business project I was asked to collect what people liked most about me. The answer was a unanimous that I was extremely outgoing, inviting, inclusive. I pretty much invite everyone I know and everyone I meet instantly to everything I do. I am an extreme extravert, adventurous, and have a zest for life, friends, travel, and adventure. I'm a cyclist, swimmer, runner, scuba diving Instructor, backpacker, and enjoy playing every sport and game out there.
PHILOSOPHY
You only live once, be kind to people, and you can do anything you sign up for, or at least enjoy trying it (the short notice races see below : )
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As a traveler, I try to find hosts in every city I go to, I have found all hosts to be fun, generous, and outgoing people. Its also the best way to see the city!
When I find dive work and rent my own place I try to host to return the favor and to meet people that get me out adventuring in the city!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
All positive so far! Once in a million hosts all around and always a good experience, when I get back to Canada I'd love to be a host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1: 145ft underwater at 1:30 in the morning, in 4 degree C water, in a drysuit, found and hand fed an 8ft octopus in pitch black Canadian Pacific waters.
2: Half Ironman triathlon on 3 weeks training and then attempting 180km cross country ski race with pack on 3 days notice with no training (dad challenged me), lost water bottle in the first 4km, had to ski 30km with no water in -10C with little more then a ultra thin fleece and spandex both drenched in sweat.
3: three weeks backpacking through Thailand alone, first time in asia, meeting people, joining adventures, saving a life at the full moon party, then learning to freedive to 60ft in a day only days later.
