Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had some great experiences being hosted before on some of my travels, met some awesome people - have also managed to connect with a few travelers at home in NZ. Not surfing couches so much anymore but keen to meet up with locals and get a different perspective when travelling to new cities.

Interests

Love getting into the great outdoors, hiking, road trips. Different cultures, people, food, music inspires me. Enjoy spending time with friends and family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a summer teaching English at a summer camp in Russia - met some beautiful people and had an awesome adventure, something I'll never forget.

I'm lucky to live in a very diverse city with a crazy group of friends. Enjoy meeting people who have an adventurous spirit, can have a good conversation about anything.

I live with my partner, we aren't able to host, but may be able to meet up for catch up coffee/drinks, show visitors around, give advice on what to see and do in Auckland :) Gay Friendly (and every other kind of friendly!).
