ABOUT ME

I am a filmmaker and musician that lives in a nice two-bedroom condo right near the center of Knoxville. I have a four-year-old daughter that stays with me a couple of nights a week and she loves meeting new people. I can accomodate those looking for late-night adventures or professionals needing a clean safe place to lay their head.
My couch is very comfortable. I am about six feet tall and of large stature and it suits me on occassion.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to squeeze as much out of every minute that I can. Live right. Live simply. Love lots. I try to be good to others, to the environment and to myself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a member since 2008, but as of yet have not hosted any guests. Things have settled down in my business and I am much more prepared to host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had a great time meeting people from all over and with a variety of interests and backgrounds. Can't wait for the next guest.

Interests

Music, outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, some sports and general socializing. I am also a photographer and will be exhibiting works this year in galleries around Knoxville.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading a Bob Dylan bio. I love independent music and roots rock and roll. I love new artists and old if they've got soul and a heart to play. I also write and play orginal music a couple times a month I mainly play shows in Knoxville. Not looking for fame, just as an artistic outlet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen my films play in theaters all over the country. I have traveled around the country as a tour manager for a band that went to number one for a few weeks on the Billboard Modern Rock charts. I went to war as a US Marine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I play guitar, shoot photography and make independent films and music videos. I am happy to share my life experiences in all of these arenas.
