ABOUT ME

I'm an English Teacher living in Castrovillari, Italy. My friends tell me that I'm a nice guy with a good sense of humour and I'm easy to get on with. At least, that's what they say to my face. I'm also not good at filling out online profiles, because it feels too much like a job application.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

You can stay on my couch if you want to come to Castrovillari. Actually, its more of a spare mattress, but I have been told its very comfortable.
I work from Tuesday - Friday during the afternoon and early evening, but will happily party when not working.
I may ask the same of you one day if you're from somewhere I need to go.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have stayed on many couches in Manchester, although these tended to belong to friends I know who also happen to be couchsurfers.
One visitor so far in Castrovillari.

Similarly eclectic taste in movies and books.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

-Watching the sun go down while sitting on the city walls of Granada
-Drinking absinthe on top of the Eiffel Tower with my cousin during a torrential rainstorm.
-Glastonbury festival. All of it. Several times.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach English, and will teach you all the naughty words.
I also have a couple of History degrees, and if you want to be lectured about the vagaries of 19th entury Liberian Political culture, I'm probably your man.
I could also teach you some basic moves on the guitar.
Possibly teach you how to cook some stuff.
